Rest during working hours

Regular rest periods relieve stress and increase employee efficiency while working.
German psychologist Carl Spitzweg advises taking a half-hour break during the afternoon, and two rest periods before and after noon for 15 minutes each, in addition to a five-minute relaxation after every hour of work.
Kobowicz recommends spending the lunch break in an activity that differs from the tasks and work. For example, someone who works in a noisy environment should enjoy thirty minutes of calm during his rest period. And those who perform work tasks while sitting should engage in physical activity during the lunch break.
He added that the employee should leave the workplace during the two rest periods before and after the afternoon, as thoughts usually revolve around work even during the rest period, noting that breathing fresh air during the rest periods increases focus.
German psychologist Kobowicz advises employees to travel with their imagination to a place where they feel relaxed in the first two and a half minutes. It is possible to practice stretching exercises before returning to work.
